We want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy.

30-Day Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • In original packaging

Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
  • Worn or used items
  • Items marked as final sale

How to Request a Return

  • Your order number
  • Your name
  • Reason for return

Our team will provide return instructions.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After this time, orders may already be processed and cannot be changed.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund, please check with your bank or payment provider, as processing times may vary.
